Your Order
From the shipping confirmation email, you can track your package on the shipping company's website.
Click the provided URL in the email and enter the necessary information.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support within 15 minutes of order confirmation.

Considerations

Orders can be canceled within 15 minutes on business days and during Japan business hours (GMT+9). However, cancellation may not be accepted in the following cases:
  • If 15 minutes have elapsed
  • If your order has already been prepared for shipment
  • If the cancellation is notified during a legal holiday in Japan
  • If the cancellation is received outside of our business hours


Customer support will respond to inquiries in order according to the content of the inquiry. During busy periods or other times when customer support is busy, we may not be able to respond immediately. Therefore, we may take some time to respond to your inquiry depending on the content of your inquiry. Therefore, cancellation acceptance is not based on the time you contact us, but is considered to be established when our customer support team completes and accepts the response. In addition, even if you contact customer support on a legal holiday in Japan or outside of our business hours, we may not be able to guarantee acceptance of the cancellation because the shipping procedure may have started due to the time difference.
Sometimes we cancel orders due to different circumstances, if that happens we won't charge you. In case payment was already processed by the available third-party payment systems you may see a temporary hold on your credit card, debit card, or e-money service associated with a canceled order, but it is a temporary state, the whole amount should be returned after the payment entity confirms the cancelation. If your bank or credit card has placed a temporary hold on that amount when your order was placed, we cannot remove the temporary hold. Please contact your payment provider with any questions regarding any temporary hold or wait until the whole transaction is canceled.

We may have canceled your order because:
  • it exceeded quantity limits and there is a risk customs understand a suspicious transaction and may not recognize it as a customer transaction. In such case, in the order cancelation email, you will be guided about an estimated maximum quantity of such product.
  • During the order processing, an item got out of stock. In that case, in the email cancelation will be listed the product out of stock and your cart will be relisted with all products but the out-of-stock item. our webpage had price and other listing errors.
  • The products that can be imported in different countries vary according the local laws. We try to be updated of these restrictions and to try to guarantee that the products available in each country are different. Some unexpected errors may occur, please understand.
  • Due to some website error listing, a product in the order is not allowed to ship to the destination country, the order will be canceled and you will be informed about the product with restrictions.
  • If the customer deliberately purchases with the product listing of one country but the delivery country is different.
  • If customs requires more information about a purchased product and the vendor can not provide such information.

You'll get an email if we cancel any part of your order, or if we need more information to process your order.
If your order is delayed, the shipping service will send you an order delivery update email.
To prevent errors in the orders, our warehouse controls each order electronically, and manually and creates a photographic register of each all them.

If your order has multiple items and one seems to be missing, please check the below important points

  • If you suspect your package was opened before you, create a photographic or video register and contact immediately the shipping company and follow their claim guidelines.
  • Once opened, check the wrapping carefully, some products are small and could be wrapped individually to protect them.
  • Check your order in My page/order history/delivered orders/details to compare the product purchased with the product payslip.
  • If there is a difference yet, My page/order history/delivered orders/details you will find a link to "Issues with this order"
  • Contact us and wait for instructions.
Follow the steps below if you didn't receive your items but got a delivery notification.

Shipping Orders

If your Purchase History shows your package has arrived, but you can't find it:
  1. Look around the delivery location.
  2. Check the delivery confirmation.
  3. Ask your household and neighbors.
  4. Review the address saved in your IN YOU MARKET account. Make sure it doesn't have any spelling errors or numerical mistakes.
  5. Wait two business days to see if it arrives. It's rare, but sometimes carriers may mark packages as delivered before they arrive.
If you still haven't received it after two business days, My page/order history/delivered orders/details you will find a link to "Issues with this order"
Sometimes a driver can’t deliver an order and it has to be returned to the post office. In those cases, contact the shipping company through the information provided in their Attempt to Delivery email and follow their instructions.
Account & Payments
  1. Simply click on the Sign in button on top left of IN YOU MARKET website and provide a valid email to create an account.
  2. We will send you a one-time password so you need to have access to that email account.
  3. Once OTP is entered into the website you can continue providing basic user information. We will not ask you for more than strictly necessary information: Name, Lastname, secure password and option to receive newsletters.
  4. One more time we will send you an OTP and once is confirmed you are in!
If you need to edit some of your personal information, you can do it from My page after sign in.

  1. click on the Sign in button on the top left of the IN YOU MARKET website if you are not logged in already
  2. After entering your email and password, go to My page (person icon in top right next to cart in computer or clicking your name or person icon in the menu in smartphone )
  3. Click profile settings and then just below your information click on edit button.
  4. Change the information and an OTP will be sent to your email address.
  5. Once confirmed the changes are done.
To provide a valid delivery address is necessary before confirming an order.

  1. click on the Sign in button on the top left of the IN YOU MARKET website if you are not logged in already
  2. After entering your email and password, go to My page (person icon in top right next to cart in computer or clicking your name or person icon in the menu in smartphone )
  3. Click Address Book there you can add as many delivery addresses as you wish but only 3 will be shown in the checkout process. Here you can decide those as well.
  4. To add a new one just scroll down to add a new delivery address.
  5. To delete one address, click on Remove address text next to the address you wish to delete.
  6. To set an address showing by default in checkout click on the checkbox next to the address name
We don't allow on our website any information related to your payment methods, bank account information, credit card information, or linkage to e-money payment system.

Also, we will never ask you to provide such information. If you receive an email, SMS or phone call report it immediately to us to protect your information.

Payments are realized through 3rd party payment services worldwide knowing and secure: Paypal and Stripe payments. Once you decide a payment method for your order, you will be redirected to their websites to set the payment method and make the payment. Once is confirmed you will return to our website confirming the order number.
We refund the amount of products only if it has manufacturing errors or expiration dates have already expired or if there is a product different than the purchased one.

If one product is broken or damaged during the shipping, contact the shipping company and initiate the refund process with them.

We don't refund products by buyer convenience like size doesn’t fit, or color looks different than expected, I don’t like it, etc
We allow returns and exchanges for clothing if are unused, with all labelings and original packaging not damaged or stained and the client pays all the cost for returning and exchanging the product.

Buy Products

Title to the Products purchased by you shall pass upon our delivery to the carrier. It is your responsibility to review and comply with all applicable local, state, federal and international laws regarding the receipt, possession, use and sale of any goods purchased from this site.

When placing an order with us on this Site, you are responsible for ensuring that the goods can be legally imported into your country. You are the responsible importing party of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country of destination.

We reserve the right to prohibit the purchase and resale of products by resellers (a company or individual who purchases products for the purpose of selling them rather than using them). ) from purchasing and reselling the products.

We do not support sales tax exemption applications for businesses or resellers.

Return Policy

As a general rule, we do not accept returns of merchandise. However, we may accept returns only under the following special circumstances and within 7 days of receipt.

Verification process for returns

We have a rigorous verification process for returned merchandise. Returned merchandise is verified for the following

The goods must be in unused condition.

If a false declaration or fraudulent return is discovered as a result of the verification, the return will not be accepted and additional action may be taken. This may include measures to restrict future service offerings and, if necessary, legal action.

If you wish to return an item, you will be required to submit photographs showing the condition of the item. This is to ensure that the merchandise is in perfect condition. If you are asked to submit a photo, please send the photo via the specified method.

You may terminate this Agreement at any time by contacting Customer Service and completing the process to discontinue all use.

However, cancellation will be made only when the user is contacted by the Company and an agreement is reached on the designated contact tool. Any contact method other than the designated one (including non-designated e-mail address, SNS, DM) or no contact from the Company will be deemed as not agreeing to the cancellation.

Upon receipt of a request for cancellation, the Company shall begin processing the request within a few days after agreement is reached.
Upon termination of this Agreement by us or by you, you must destroy all materials obtained from the Site (including all copies of such materials), whether made under the terms and conditions contained herein or otherwise. You may not use our or the Site's logo on any part of your social media pages, including your profile image or banner.

Your blog, website, or social media page may not contain any content that is similar to the Site or that suggests an official affiliation with us or the Site. You are solely responsible for any content you post to your personal account.
You may not purchase or use a domain name or subdomain name that contains the words IN YOU MARKET or certain variations or misspellings in the username, group name, or social networking site identifier.

You may not create or use any client-side applications (browser plug-ins, extensions, executables, etc. that can be installed by the end user) on any device that would imply an affiliation with us.

Furthermore, you may not integrate and/or use the IN YOU MARKET name, logo, app, or other intellectual property insofar as you create an app, plug-in, or extension, such as an app or other client-side application.

You may not change, delete, or add any promotional materials or information in a manner that could mislead customers.

You shall promptly remove any product that is no longer advertised or sold by the Site. You will not use your name or likeness in any matter that would imply any personal or corporate endorsement, sponsorship, or commercial relationship (including placing unrelated items in close proximity to content) to the Site.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us and our employees harmless from and against any and all legal claims, demands, penalties, fines, judgments, costs or other reasonable expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) resulting from (i) your violation of these Terms and Conditions (ii) your violation of any rights of a third party.

Any member of the Site who posts or spreads inappropriate content through comments or personal messages on social media channels that, in the judgment of the Company or a third party, have caused damage to the brand or have engaged in behavior that could be construed as damaging to the reputation of the Company, will automatically be subject to account suspension and/or legal action may be taken.

We reserve the right to disable a customer's account if fraud, abuse, or any other activity is detected or suspected, including but not limited to the above examples.

Account Verification

We reserve the right to suspend or disable your account and suspend/block your account from any IP address or device if fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected or suspected.

In the event of any discrepancy between your records and our internal records, our internal records shall prevail. In the event of a dispute regarding these Terms of Use, our decision shall be final.
